Are you finding it hard to get through everyday life? Do you feel overwhelmed or like you’re all alone, and no one really understands what you’re going through? That’s okay—there’s no need to feel embarrassed or judged when talking about these feelings. Many people need a safe space where they can be themselves. 

By exploring your inner strengths, you can become more resilient and cope better with life’s challenges. You can learn ways to live your life in a way that feels authentic. Deep down, we all want to feel heard and understood.

Sessions can be conducted in person on select days or online from anywhere in Maryland. When you come to my office, one of my friendly therapy assistants will usually join us. Meet Disco (right) and Eevee (left). Disco is playful and loves to have fun. Eevee is a sweet, cuddly friend who helps when you’re talking about difficult times.

I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you feel comfortable seeking help. I use different approaches to therapy and believe in understanding how people think and feel. From this perspective, I encourage you to accept your thoughts, actions, and emotions. I also perform executive functioning assessments and executive functioning coaching.

Life can be especially tough if you feel unsupported or not accepted. I will meet you where you’re at emotionally, offering hope and encouragement.
